This page summarizes how our memberships work, how you’re billed, how to cancel, and important terms about complimentary vacation certificates. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1) Plans & Eligibility

Membership plans and features are shown at sign-up and may vary by region or promotional offer. You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding contract. We may approve, refuse, suspend, or cancel memberships at our discretion consistent with our Terms of Service.

2) Free Trials

From time to time we may offer a free or promotional trial. If you enter billing details to start a trial, your paid membership will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial length and included features will be shown at sign-up.

3) Billing Cycles & Auto-Renewal

Memberships are billed in recurring cycles (e.g., monthly or annually) as selected at purchase and will auto-renew until canceled. The renewal date appears in your account portal and/or receipt. Taxes and regulatory fees may apply based on your location.

4) Payment Methods & Security

We accept major payment methods via trusted third-party payment processors. Transactions use SSL/TLS and our processors are PCI-compliant. By submitting a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for recurring membership fees, applicable taxes, and authorized add-ons. You agree to keep your payment details current and accurate.

5) Refund Policy

No Refunds. Because membership grants immediate access to exclusive members-only benefits and rates upon entry into the members’ area, all membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing (see Cancellation).

6) Cancellation (How to Cancel)

You can cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will continue to have access until then. To cancel or for assistance, submit a ticket through our Support Center:

7) Failed Payments & Dunning

If a renewal charge fails, we may retry your payment method and/or prompt you to update billing details. We may suspend or limit access until payment is successful. If the account remains unpaid, it may be canceled. You are responsible for any bank fees or charges resulting from failed payments.

8) Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Unauthorized or fraudulent charges should also be reported to your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in account suspension while we investigate.

9) Complimentary/Bonus Vacation Certificates

Eligible annual memberships may include a complimentary vacation certificate redeemable at select hotels or resorts across various destinations. The following terms apply:

  • Taxes & Fees: Recipient is responsible for applicable taxes, resort fees, and any destination-specific charges. These vary by property and are not covered by the complimentary offer.
  • What’s Not Included: Airfare, transfers, meals, gratuities, incidentals, and optional activities are not included.
  • Activation: Activate the certificate within 7 days of receipt by paying applicable taxes/fees. Failure to activate within this period forfeits the offer.
  • Booking Window: After activation, you have 18 months to book. Availability, blackout dates, minimum-stay requirements, and other restrictions may apply per destination/partner.
  • Non-Transferable: The certificate may be redeemed only by the named recipient.
  • No Cash Value: The certificate is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Verification: Government-issued ID may be required at check-in. Age and occupancy limits are set by each property.

By activating or redeeming a certificate, you agree to these terms and any additional property-specific terms presented during activation and booking.

10) Travel Supplier Rules

Bookings may be fulfilled by independent suppliers (hotels, resorts, activity operators, etc.). Your stay is subject to the supplier’s terms, policies, and fees (including deposits, incidentals, damage, and cancellation rules). We are not responsible for a supplier’s acts, errors, or omissions. If a supplier cannot honor a reservation due to extraordinary circumstances, remedies are determined by the supplier’s policies.

11) Promotions, Coupons & Pricing

From time to time we may offer limited-time promotions or coupons. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion. We may correct pricing errors and update plan features or fees prospectively with notice where required.

12) Changes to Membership or This Page

We may modify membership plans, features, and fees prospectively, and we may update this page from time to time. When we do, we’ll adjust the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
