Terms & Membership

Effective date: July 16, 2026  |  Last updated: July 16, 2026

Welcome to Family for Adventure.

These Terms & Membership Conditions, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of the Family for Adventure website, member dashboard, travel guides, deal-sharing features, support services, memberships, and other services that link to these Terms, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Family for Adventure is operated by Project Four 28 LLC, a Texas limited liability company. In these Terms, “Family for Adventure,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Project Four 28 LLC.

By accessing the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a premium membership.

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and current
  • You are legally permitted to use the Services
  • You will comply with these Terms and applicable law
  • You are not using the Services for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose

The Services are intended primarily for individuals and families using them for personal travel planning.

2. Family for Adventure Services

Family for Adventure is a travel membership and content service that may provide:

  • Handpicked hotel and resort deals
  • Featured weekly travel opportunities
  • Hotel, resort, and destination travel guides
  • Deal-saving and sharing features
  • Access to a third-party travel-booking platform for eligible premium members
  • Member support
  • Travel-related articles, ideas, and educational content

We help members discover and evaluate travel opportunities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Family for Adventure is not the hotel, resort, transportation provider, tour operator, payment processor, or supplier providing the booked travel service.

3. Free Membership

A free membership may include:

  • Access to selected featured weekly deals
  • Access to associated travel guides
  • The ability to save or share eligible deals
  • Access to the free member dashboard
  • Standard member support

Free membership does not include access to every deal or the private booking platform unless expressly stated.

The availability, number, frequency, and content of free-member benefits may change. We may add, remove, replace, or modify free features at any time.

A free account is not a premium trial unless the member separately selects and agrees to a premium introductory offer.

4. Premium Membership

A Premium membership may include:

  • Access to all available handpicked weekly deals
  • Access to Premium deal travel guides
  • The ability to save and share eligible deals
  • Access to a private third-party hotel and resort booking platform
  • The ability to search destinations and dates using available negotiated pricing
  • Priority member support
  • Other benefits identified at the time of purchase

Premium benefits are subject to availability and may evolve as the Services change.

Premium membership does not guarantee that a particular hotel, resort, destination, date, room type, price, or level of savings will be available.

5. Introductory Offer and Recurring Billing

Unless a different offer is clearly disclosed before purchase, the current introductory Premium offer is:

$1 for the first 30 days, followed by $49 per year until canceled.

By selecting the Premium offer and submitting payment information, you:

  • Authorize us and our payment processor to charge the disclosed introductory price
  • Authorize the membership to convert to a recurring annual subscription after the introductory period
  • Authorize us to charge the payment method on file $49 annually, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel
  • Confirm that the recurring price, timing, and cancellation terms were disclosed to you before enrollment

Your first annual charge is expected to occur at the end of the 30-day introductory period unless you cancel before the renewal charge is processed.

Future annual renewal charges will generally occur on or near the anniversary of the first annual payment.

Payment processing timing may vary because of weekends, holidays, banking systems, and payment-provider practices.

6. Automatic Renewal

Premium membership automatically renews annually unless canceled.

Before completing enrollment, you will be shown the applicable:

  • Introductory price
  • Length of the introductory period
  • Annual renewal price
  • Billing frequency
  • Cancellation method
  • Other material offer terms

You are responsible for reviewing these terms before completing your purchase.

We may send membership, trial-ending, or renewal communications when required by law or when we determine that a reminder would be helpful. You are responsible for keeping your account email address current.

7. Payment Authorization

Premium memberships are processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe.

By providing a payment method, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use that payment method
  • The billing information provided is accurate
  • We may charge the payment method for amounts properly due under your selected membership
  • The payment provider may store and process your payment details according to its terms and privacy policy

Family for Adventure does not directly store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion charges, or payment-provider fees not imposed directly by Family for Adventure.

8. Failed Payments

If a membership payment fails, we or our payment processor may:

  • Retry the payment method
  • Ask you to update your billing information
  • Temporarily restrict Premium access
  • Downgrade the account to the free membership level
  • Cancel or suspend the premium membership

You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation or suspension.

9. Canceling a Premium Membership

You may cancel your Premium membership at any time using the cancellation method available in your account or by contacting support@familyforadventure.com.

Your cancellation must be received before the next charge is processed to avoid the next renewal payment.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges
  • Your Premium access continues through the end of the period already paid for
  • Your account may then revert to the free membership level
  • Canceling Premium does not automatically delete your Family for Adventure account
  • Canceling a membership does not cancel a hotel or travel reservation made through the booking platform

Canceling only a payment authorization through your bank or card provider does not necessarily close your membership account. You should also cancel through Family for Adventure so we can update your membership status properly.

10. Refund Policy

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific promotion, membership payments are nonrefundable once processed.

We generally do not provide:

  • Partial-year refunds
  • Prorated refunds
  • Refunds for unused membership time
  • Refunds because a member did not find a desired hotel, destination, date, or price
  • Refunds because a member did not use the booking platform
  • Refunds for travel bookings, which are governed by the applicable booking and supplier terms

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@familyforadventure.com promptly. We will review the circumstances and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion where appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable rights available under applicable law.

11. Membership Price Changes

We may change Premium membership pricing in the future.

A pricing change will not retroactively change a completed membership charge. When legally required, we will provide notice before applying a new recurring price to a future renewal.

You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Special, promotional, discounted, referral, or legacy pricing may be subject to separate terms and may not be available to all members.

12. Accounts and Login Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting your password and login credentials
  • Restricting access to your account
  • Activity occurring through your account
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or commercially distribute your membership access.

We may require email verification or other authentication measures.

You must notify us promptly at support@familyforadventure.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

13. Personal and Household Use

Membership access is intended for the registered member and their personal or household travel planning.

You may not use the Services to:

  • Operate an unauthorized travel agency or resale business
  • Resell or redistribute private rates
  • Scrape, copy, extract, or systematically collect pricing or deal data
  • Publish private member pricing publicly
  • Create competing databases, products, newsletters, or services
  • Share login credentials with unrelated individuals
  • Circumvent access restrictions or membership controls
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without permission

Deal-sharing features may be used only through the sharing methods we provide and in accordance with any restrictions shown within the Services.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Services for fraud, abuse, harassment, or deception
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Submit false account, billing, booking, or support information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, systems, or networks
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive technology
  • Interfere with website performance or security
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover nonpublic source code
  • Bypass paywalls, access controls, or membership restrictions
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content
  • Use the Services in a way that harms Family for Adventure, our members, suppliers, or service providers

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

15. Deal Information and Availability

Travel pricing and availability change frequently.

A featured deal may be based on:

  • Specific example dates
  • A particular number of nights
  • A particular room type
  • Limited inventory
  • Occupancy assumptions
  • Taxes or fees shown at the time of comparison
  • Pricing available when the deal was researched

A deal displayed in an email, dashboard, travel guide, shared page, social post, or homepage example may no longer be available when you search or book.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Savings are examples, not guarantees
  • “Save up to” represents a possible maximum based on the comparison made
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Availability may sell out
  • Hotel taxes, resort fees, destination fees, parking, meals, transportation, and other charges may apply
  • Public comparison prices may change
  • Search results may vary by date, room, occupancy, location, device, currency, or supplier

You should verify the complete booking price, cancellation policy, room terms, and supplier conditions before completing a reservation.

16. Savings Comparisons

When we display a potential savings amount, it may compare an available member price with a publicly available price found for the same or a reasonably comparable:

  • Hotel or resort
  • Travel dates
  • Length of stay
  • Room or rate category
  • Occupancy
  • Cancellation terms
  • Tax and fee treatment

Exact comparisons are not always possible because travel inventory and rate conditions change.

We do not guarantee:

  • A minimum amount of savings
  • That every search will produce a lower price
  • That our booking platform will always have the lowest available price
  • That a previously displayed comparison remains available

Members should review the full rate details and make their own booking decisions.

17. Travel Guides and Editorial Content

Travel guides, articles, itineraries, tips, recommendations, and destination information are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes.

Although we aim to provide useful and accurate information:

  • Conditions may change
  • Businesses may close
  • Attractions may change hours or policies
  • Fees and local requirements may change
  • Weather, safety, accessibility, and travel conditions may vary
  • Information may not reflect a member’s specific needs

You should independently verify important information before relying on it or traveling.

Family for Adventure does not provide legal, medical, financial, safety, immigration, insurance, or professional travel advice.

18. Third-Party Booking Platform

Eligible Premium members may receive access to a booking platform provided by Xeni or another third-party booking provider.

The booking platform is a separate third-party service.

When using it, you may be subject to additional terms, including terms issued by:

  • Xeni
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Wholesalers
  • Bed banks
  • Payment processors
  • Travel suppliers
  • Other reservation providers

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the complete booking terms before completing a reservation.

19. Travel Reservations and Supplier Responsibility

Hotel and travel reservations are handled through Xeni or the applicable third-party booking provider.

Family for Adventure does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Hotel inventory
  • Room assignments
  • Supplier descriptions
  • Property conditions
  • Availability
  • Booking acceptance
  • Payment authorization
  • Reservation confirmation
  • Hotel or supplier performance
  • Changes, cancellations, or refunds
  • Overbooking
  • Property closures
  • Construction or renovations
  • Resort fees or incidental charges
  • Service interruptions
  • Travel delays
  • Force-majeure events
  • Acts or omissions of hotels, suppliers, or booking providers

The applicable booking provider and travel supplier are responsible for servicing the reservation according to their terms.

A reservation is not confirmed merely because a property appears in search results. A booking is confirmed only after the booking platform issues a valid confirmation.

20. Booking Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Each booking is governed by the cancellation and modification rules shown before purchase.

Travel rates may be:

  • Refundable
  • Partially refundable
  • Nonrefundable
  • Nonchangeable
  • Subject to deadlines, penalties, or supplier approval

You are responsible for reviewing these conditions before booking.

Membership cancellation does not change, cancel, or refund a travel reservation.

Booking-related requests should be directed to the support contact identified in the booking confirmation or booking platform.

Family for Adventure may try to help members locate the correct support channel, but we do not have authority to override supplier or booking-provider rules.

21. Travel Requirements and Risks

You are responsible for determining and satisfying all requirements applicable to your trip, including:

  • Identification and passport requirements
  • Visa and entry requirements
  • Health or vaccination requirements
  • Local laws and regulations
  • Age restrictions
  • Hotel occupancy limits
  • Accessibility needs
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Travel insurance
  • Safety considerations

Travel involves inherent risks. Conditions can change before or during a trip.

You are responsible for evaluating whether a destination, property, activity, or trip is appropriate for you and your family.

22. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included with a Family for Adventure membership unless expressly stated.

We do not guarantee that insurance will be offered through a booking provider or supplier.

Members should consider whether travel insurance is appropriate and independently review any policy’s:

  • Coverage
  • Exclusions
  • Limits
  • Cancellation protections
  • Medical protections
  • Claims process

Family for Adventure is not an insurance provider or insurance adviser.

23. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may include links to third-party websites, platforms, hotels, social networks, payment providers, affiliates, and travel resources.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control or endorse every statement, product, service, policy, or practice of a linked third party.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

24. Affiliate Relationships and Compensation

Some content or links may involve affiliate, referral, advertising, commission, or partnership arrangements.

When required, we will provide an appropriate disclosure.

The possibility that Family for Adventure may receive compensation does not increase the price you pay unless clearly stated.

Members should make purchasing and booking decisions based on their own needs and review of the applicable terms.

25. Member Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, testimonials, reviews, survey responses, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.

You grant Family for Adventure a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the Services
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve products and services
  • Display content when you have authorized public use
  • Protect our legal rights

We will not publicly use your name, photograph, or testimonial for advertising without permission where permission is required.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

26. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content are owned by Project Four 28 LLC or used under license.

Protected materials may include:

  • Family for Adventure names and logos
  • Website design
  • Software
  • Text and travel guides
  • Deal presentation and organization
  • Graphics
  • Original photography
  • Videos
  • Databases
  • Member-dashboard content
  • Email content
  • Branding and trademarks

You may use the Services for your personal, noncommercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.

Third-party hotel images, names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

27. Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, contact support@familyforadventure.com.

Include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing content
  • Your contact information
  • A statement explaining your good-faith belief
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We may request additional information before acting on a notice.

28. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.

This may include changes to:

  • Free or Premium benefits
  • Deal frequency
  • Travel guides
  • Saved-deal retention
  • Booking-platform access
  • Support features
  • Website functionality
  • Third-party providers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, security incidents, or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.

When practical, we will try to avoid materially reducing premium benefits during a member’s current premium term without reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy.

29. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, downgrade, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that:

  • These Terms have been violated
  • Payment is overdue or invalid
  • The account is involved in fraud or abuse
  • Login credentials are being improperly shared
  • Private rates or content are being redistributed
  • The account creates security, legal, or operational risk
  • Suspension is required by law or a service provider
  • Continued access could harm Family for Adventure, members, or third parties

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred before termination.

30. Account Closure

You may request closure of your Family for Adventure account by contacting support@familyforadventure.com.

Before closing your account:

  • Cancel any Premium membership you no longer want
  • Retain any information you may need
  • Contact the booking provider regarding active travel reservations

Closing your Family for Adventure account does not cancel, modify, or refund bookings made through a third party.

We may retain certain information as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

31. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive account and service communications electronically, including by email and through the member dashboard.

These communications may include:

  • Account confirmations
  • Login and security notices
  • Membership notices
  • Billing and renewal notices
  • Support-ticket updates
  • Updates to these Terms
  • Other legally required notices

You are responsible for keeping your email address current.

Marketing communications are subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Family for Adventure disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Noninfringement
  • Accuracy
  • Availability
  • Reliability
  • Security

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will always be available or error-free
  • Every deal will remain available
  • Every member will save money
  • A specific destination or property will be offered
  • Travel-guide information will always be current
  • A third-party provider will perform without error
  • A trip will meet your expectations

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Four 28 LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Use or inability to use the Services
  • Loss of data or account access
  • Lost savings, profits, opportunities, or goodwill
  • Travel interruptions or cancellations
  • Supplier or booking-platform conduct
  • Property conditions or hotel services
  • Injuries, losses, delays, or expenses associated with travel
  • Unauthorized account access
  • Reliance on deal information or travel content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid directly to Family for Adventure during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • $100

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

34. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Project Four 28 LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Content you submit
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity through your account

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

35. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute not required to be brought elsewhere by applicable law will be brought in a state or federal court located in Travis County, Texas, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from pursuing a claim in an eligible small-claims court.

36. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.

Send a written notice to:

Project Four 28 LLC
5511 Parkcrest Drive, STE 103
Austin, TX 78731, USA

Email: support@familyforadventure.com

The notice should explain:

  • Your name and account email
  • The nature of the issue
  • Relevant dates and transactions
  • The resolution you are requesting

We will attempt in good faith to review and respond.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or filing an eligible small-claims action.

37. No Mandatory Arbitration Provision

These Terms do not currently require individual arbitration or include a class-action waiver.

Disputes may be handled through the courts described in the Governing Law section, subject to applicable law.

If we later propose an arbitration provision, it will not apply retroactively unless you affirmatively agree where required.

38. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date.

For material changes, we may provide notice through:

  • The website
  • The member dashboard
  • Email
  • Another reasonable method

Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless applicable law permits otherwise.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Services and cancel any future-renewing membership before the next charge.

39. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

41. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Project Four 28 LLC.

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the membership offer presented at checkout, and any additional terms expressly accepted by you form the entire agreement between you and Project Four 28 LLC regarding the Services.

Third-party bookings remain subject to the separate terms of the applicable booking provider and travel supplier.
